Julia Fedorova

Director of Instructional Design and Digital Pedagogics center

Julia Fedorova, Director of Center for Instructional design and digital pedagogics of Moscow Institute of Open Education. She was graduated from physical faculty of Moscow State Pedagogical University, Department of general and experimental physics, PhD, Professor, Professor, head of Department of computer science and information technology. She coordinated the work of the School of informatization, aimed at the achievement of the professional ICT competence of teachers and heads of educational institutions, teachers of high schools of the additional professional education and employees of methodical services of Moscow (2004-2009). She is the author and developer of a wide range of additional professional programs for teachers in the use of ICT in education. She organized and directed the activities of authorized certification center of ICT competence of teachers. Julia Fedorova is the author and the presenter of a number of educational telecasts on «Moscow educational TV channel», such as «School of modern lesson», «Assemblage Point», «I’m going to the class», «The World around us». Julia managed developing a unique series of interdisciplinary virtual educational tour in the format VR-360. She is the author of more than 70 scientific and methodological works in the field of education. Julia has a patent on the invention in the field of computer technology. Honorary worker of General education of the Russian Federation (2014), winner of competition «Grant of Moscow» in the field of education (2008), awarded the medal of Russian Exhibition Center (2008) and the honorary diploma of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation (2012).
