Meta-competencies (also known as universal competencies or complex soft skills) constitute a greater part of any professional activity of modern day company emloyees. Coincidentally they are the basis of Russia’s current educational standards for schools. But still up to now there has been no adequate toolset allowing us to tap into the wealth of meta-competencies and fully embrace their educational potential. Meta-competency atlas is a collaborative project aiming at putting together a connectivity field of all persistent universal competencies and helping individuals as well as employers navigate it in order to reach maximal individual efficiency and find motivation for personal growth and achieving a state of flow.
